Returns and Refunds Made Simple at Tees Please

At Tees Please, we work hard to deliver high-quality prints you’ll love. But if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help! Here’s how you can quickly return or replace your product:

How to Start a Return

Blank T-Shirts

Send us an email at hello@teesplease.com.au with the following details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • A photo showing any fault or damage

Once we receive your email, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if your order meets our User Agreement and Return Policy. You may have to return the item to us to process the request.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Faulty or damaged
  • Have printing faults (e.g., misaligned prints, incorrect sizing beyond ±2cm tolerance)

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Errors in approved proofs
  • Incorrect artwork submission (e.g., low-quality files)
  • Garments showing noticeable wear, makeup stains, or improper washing

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Helpful Tips to Avoid Errors

  • Double-check your design, proof, and shipping details before payment.
  • Proof approval is final, and payment confirms approval of the provided proof.
  • For sizing, refer to our online size guide—our listed measurements allow for a ±2cm tolerance.

Order Edits and Cancellations

T-Shirt Printing Production

Once an order is paid and placed, it’s immediately added to production and cannot be edited or canceled. If you must cancel, a restocking fee starting from $35.00 will apply to cover garment returns and prevent material waste.

Delivery Information

Our production and delivery times vary, but we do our best to minimise delays:

  • Standard printing takes 7–10 business days plus shipping
  • Same Day printing is available for eligible orders placed before 11 am (pick-up ready by 4.30 pm)

While we rely on couriers like Australia Post and StarTrack, shipping delays beyond our control aren’t refundable, but we’ll do what we can to assist.

Care Instructions for Printed Garments

To keep your garments looking their best:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water
  • Use a gentle cycle
  • Avoid tumble drying; dry in the shade
